CY Choy Road Hokkien MeeThe Hokkien Mee served at CY Choy Road Hokkien Mee is known for the aromatic and rich broth. Do not confused the Hokkien Mee with the ones served in Kuala Lumpur. The soup is boiled with pork bones, prawn shells and chili paste for hours to get an aromatic soup based from the sweetness of the prawns and pork. Also, only the freshest ingredients, such as cockles, prawns, bean sprouts, chives and noodles are used when frying the Char Kueh Tiaw. Opt for duck eggs to give your Char Kueh Tiaw a richer taste, instead of normal chicken eggs. Do expect a long queue for your plate of Char Kueh Tiaw as it is famous and has appeared many times on numerous newspapers.
