For now, I have experience driving Mini Cooper, Honda CRV, Volkswagen Passat with SOCAR.

For 1 hour of booking, you are entitled to 24km of fuel. If you use more than the entitlement, it will be charged after you return the car. But the rate is still affordable.

In addition to those I have been telling, SOCAR is actually charging for maximum 10 hours per day even if you use the car for 24 hours. This means that if you book for 10 hours, you better go for 24 hours because the rate will be same.
