Rafizi Mocks Pas Leaders Supporters On Facebook

PETALING JAYA: PAS supporters should learn from Umno how to launder money and that "Cash is King" and not simply fill in Milo tins, says PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli
He said PAS supporters who are on his Facebook account should not be up in arms when their leaders are investigated and their accounts frozen by the authorities because they themselves challenged the authorities to check on them
"The laundering of money by Umno has skills, insert to a few accounts before it reaches (the one intended). When questioned and facts are laid out, they ask to report to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) or the authorities
"When the authorities investigate and accounts are frozen, they go on a rant, but they are the ones who asked to be investigated by the authorities," said Rafizi
The Islamist party leaders are currently being investigated by MACC over an alleged RM90mil that was received from Umno.
Rafizi's two latest postings in the past four hours were in reply to those who had attacked him over his post that said he had deduced that a third party had paid off Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle Brown on behalf of PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang to settle a libel suit filed by the latter.On Feb 1, Hadi and Rewcastle Brown agreed to an out-of-court settlement on the libel suit he filed against her on April 21, 2017 over an article alleging that PAS received RM90mil from then Umno president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak
Replies on his posts saw PAS supporters lambasting him for his alleged slander of Hadi
Rafizi had played sleuth on Friday (March 1) and said he had a formula in which he found the account holder who is the real signatory of the RM1.423mil cheque which was part of the out-of-court settlement
He cited a portal stating that MACC sources claimed that PAS leaders had laundered the money received
"Unlike PAS, when there are 'donations', it goes into accounts of leaders only after the sum is laundered (I did not say it but the reports quoted MACC sources as saying that). Those followers (of PAS) are only gaping and waiting for the 'Milo' tin to be filled every time they are instructed to do so
"I hope the offspring of this new marriage (Pas and Umno) will be smarter on issues of 'Cash is King'. Learn from you new boss Najib Razak," Rafizi said.- Star
