Public Gold One System (PG1S) adalah satu sistem pendidikan khas yang diperkenalkan oleh Public Group (PG) bagi membantu Dealer Public Gold menjadi usahawan yang berjaya.
Tujuan PG1S diwujudkan bagi membantu Dealer Public Gold membuat bisnes dengan cara yang betul tanpa menjejaskan prinsip baik yang sepatutnya ada pada seorang usahawan.

1. STP 5 Times A Week

4. Empty & Restock Sample Holder
5. Read 20 Minutes Daily
   - Not All Reader Are Leaders, But All Leaders Are Reader
6. Attend All Functions
7. Consult Upline (Monthly)
   - Action Plan

8 Golden Rules
1. Never do anything new before checking with active up-line Master Dealer (follow PG1S)
2. Never pass negatives downlines or crossline. Challenges refer to active upline Master
    Dealer
3. Never mess with anybody's ego, politic or religion.
4. Never mess with anybody's money or stock.
5. Never mess with anybody's spouse.
6. Never get involve in encouraging the change of introducer, cross-pitching, nor
    Cross-line selling
7. Never involve donation into the business
8. Never raise the 3Cs (Complain, Criticise & Condemn)
