Prosperous 2020 With Pacific West Celebration At The Prestige Hotel Penang

On the 11th January 2020, Me and my partner in crime went to a get together event by Pacific West at The Glasshouse, The Prestige Hotel in Georgetown, Penang. It has been hosted by them for the media and social media friends to appreciate our involvement in the food industry and to share their new products for this year
Registration CounterAt the registration counter, we have been given a fortune cookies and invited to participate in mandarin doodling while waiting for the event to start. hehe i'm not creative and that time i arrived a bit late so i didn't participate and just watched from aside lol The decorations are simple but nice, i could still get the chinese new year vibes as they have been preparing a bunch of activities for us to join in. People busy doodling haha Last year they had this gathering event @morebyarangcoffee. Watching lion dance before the event start.
The event started with a little opening talks by Mr Adrian and Ms Sue who were pleasantly invited all of us to attend the wonderful gathering of the year.
My very first time trying yeeeeesang! I am super excited yeay The sauce taste really sweet and good.
 Looks interesting right? The Prestige Hotel has specially crafted a seasonal menu featuring Pacific West products for us. They presented Tempura Fried Prawn rolled with Vegetables, Popcorn fish with Caramelized Pineapple & Tomato Cherries, Potato and Leek Soup with Cajun Stick, Breaded Torpedo Prawns with Curry Mee, Lemon Dill Fish Fillets with Lemon Butter Sauce, Deep Fried Tempura Prawns with Creamy Salted Egg Yolk, Panko Coated Squid Strips with Mango Salad, Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral Loaded Fries. All tasted good, then we proceed with the next activities which is cupcake decorating session.
