Perikatan Nasional Is Being Sabotaged From The Inside

There are many people who claim they are speaking on behalf of Umno and are defending Umno’s interest. The question here is: are these people really acting in the interest of Umno or are they actually sabotaging Perikatan Nasional from the inside?
Be careful of all these so-called champions of Umno and PPBM who claim they are defending their party’s interest. Many are actually agent provocateurs who have been paid off or bribed to sabotage Perikatan Nasional by making Umno and PPBM fight. If Umno, PAS and PPBM quarrel, then Perikatan Nasional is going to lose GE15.
For three years leading to the 14th general election or GE14, leaders from Umno and PAS held many meetings to discuss some sort of electoral pact or cooperation between the two parties. Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak even nominated certain leaders to represent Umno in the discussions with PAS.

Perikatan Nasional is being sabotaged from the inside so that Pakatan Harapan can win GE15 Reports submitted to Najib and PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang was that the discussions were going on well and a clear understanding had been reached between Umno and PAS on how to cooperate in the 14th general election.
Suddenly, at the 11th hour, nothing happened. The so-called electoral pact or cooperation between Umno and PAS did not materialise. It seems there were some in Najib’s circle who did not wish to see any cooperation between the two parties. They felt, not only will Umno be able to win the general election, but they will be able to sweep Terengganu and Kelantan as well.
Looking back now, what we originally thought was sheer arrogance on the part of Umno, or on the part of those within Najib’s circle, could actually have been something more devious. There is a very strong possibility that these people were actually paid off or bribed to sabotage any cooperation between Umno and PAS.
According to the Special Branch and Military Intelligence, any electoral pact between Umno and PAS, in what we now know as Muafakat Nasional, would result in the alliance winning at least 135 seats in parliament. However, if Umno and PAS go head-to-head in the general election, then Pakatan Harapan was going to win.
Hence, any electoral pact or cooperation between Umno and PAS needed to be sabotaged. And I believe this was what happened. Certain people within Najib’s circle were paid off or bribed to make sure that there will be no alliance between the two parties.
Is there a possibility that some PAS people were also paid off or bribed? I don’t know, but if that did happen as well, I would not be surprised.

Who is the one bribing the agent provocateurs to sabotage Perikatan Nasional from the inside? Muafakat Nasional was officially formed in September 2019. However, the discussion to form the Umno-PAS alliance started four years earlier in September 2015 when Pakatan Harapan was formed and DAP sacked PAS from the opposition coalition.
Anyway, that is all now water under the bridge or nasi sudah jadi bubur. What is more of concern is that there are certain agent provocateurs who are trying to sabotage Perikatan Nasional from the inside by creating friction between Umno and PPBM, and Umno and PAS as well.
These hired hands, some who are not even Umno, PAS or PPBM members/leaders, want to make sure that the Perikatan Nasional alliance collapses so that Umno, PAS, PPBM, and Pakatan Harapan face the next general election or GE15 on a four, five, or six-corner fight.
If a united Pakatan Harapan faces a split Perikatan Nasional, then what happened in GE14 will happen again in GE15.

Every Malay thinks he is Hang Tuah: the Malay ego syndrome This “war” between Umno and PPBM is all about egos. PPBM is seen as calling the shots and the Umno people do not like that. They feel Umno should be calling the shots instead, while PPBM should just agree to everything that Umno wants. Some are even saying that the post of prime minister and deputy prime minister should go to Umno.
It does not take much to make Umno and PPBM fight. When egos are involved, all you need to do is cucuk a little bit and they will start arguing.
At a time when the Chinese voters are united under DAP almost 100%, all you need to do is to split the Malays into the Mahathir camp, the Anwar camp, the Najib camp, the Zahid camp, the Tok Mat camp, the Ku Li camp, the Hishammuddin camp, etc., to grab power in GE15. And Malays are normally guided by inflated egos, so it is not really that difficult to divide and rule them.
