If I were to say that Christianity is not a legitimate religion because Jesus may or may not have existed and even if he did he was a Jew and not a Christian and the Bibles were not written by Jesus but by others long after Jesus had died (had he really existed), would 2.3 billion Christians believe me and convert to Islam (the true religion)?
If I were to say that there is no evidence the Qur’an came from God (Allah) and that the Qur’an was not compiled until the time of the third Caliph, Othman, and that it was reported there were seven versions of the Qur’an until Othman ordered the “unauthorised” versions destroyed, would 1.9 billion Muslims believe me and covert to Christianity (the true religion)?

Yes, your beliefs would not change in spite of what I may say because you will believe what you want to believe regardless of whether what you believe may be true or false. Truth has no role to play in beliefs because beliefs are not based on truth. That is why beliefs require faith and not evidence. If beliefs are guided by evidence, then Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, etc., would not exist.
Now, let us discuss the often-repeated Pakatan Harapan mantra: which is, Perikatan Nasional is an illegitimate government and is not the mandate of the people. Says who? Says you?
That is what you believe. That is only your opinion. That is not fact or truth.

Pakatan Harapan fatwas: truth or belief? Of course, to the Pakatan Harapan leaders, supporters, writers, bloggers, activists, etc., — a.k.a. the Pakatuns — the mantra “Perikatan Nasional is an illegitimate government and is not the mandate of the people” is God’s truth. That “truth” is as true as the Bible is to the Christians and the Qur’an is to the Muslims. And you can never change what the Pakatuns believe in.
So, do we need to waste our time trying to explain in detail to these Pakatuns what the truth is? You will be wasting your time just like you would be wasting your time trying to explain “the truth” about the Bible to Christians or about the Qur’an to Muslims.
