No Internal Opposition Holding Back Muda S Bid Says Adam

He said the application must go through internal processes in the coalition which have yet to be concluded.
“This is not to say that Muda’s entry is not an important issue but the motion is yet to be raised at the presidential council,” he said.
Ads by KioskedAdam, who is a member of the PH presidential council said “no one in it opposes Muda’s application”.
He said the application would be discussed through a motion presented to the council. “Most of the motions at previous council meetings were on pressing matters,” he told the reporters after inaugurating the Penang PKR Youth headquarters at Bandar Perda here.

Leaders of Muda have pressed PH to end their months-long wait for an answer on whether the party can be admitted to the coalition. The party made its application last September.
Penang PKR to focus on ‘dangerous seats’
Penang PKR Youth chief Fadzli Roslan said the youth wing would focus on several “dangerous” state seats in Kepala Batas and Permatang Puah which might be lost to Perikatan Nasional.
He said that the wing’s machinery is working hard together with local NGOs on outreach programmes to younger voters in those seats.
Ads by KioskedSeparately, PKR Youth deputy chief Kamil Munim said that the “status quo” remains when asked whether PH would be willing to allow Umno to contest in Penang seats that PKR lost to Bersatu. The seats are: Seberang Jaya, Sungai Acheh, Bertam and Telok Bahang.
He said that PH should contest the seats, given the fact that the former assemblymen who won those seats did so under the PKR banner. - FMT
