Neutralising The Dap S 40 Seats Dan Lagu Untuk Tok Mat
We have plenty of songs today.
1. Lets start the day with Hussein Hamid's latest post (steadyaku47).
But before that just to digress a little, just some trivia :
For your information Hussein Hamid (who resides in Australia) was the Brader's classmate at the MCKK. Another classmate (of both of them at the MCKK) was my good friend and also mentor the late Othman Ali. Almost everyday now, without fail, I read Othman Ali's compilation of an Indonesian translation of the Quran. Here it is right now just beside me:
Ok back to Hussein Hamid's latest blog post, here is the link. Do click on the link to read it in the original : https://st47com.wixsite.com/blog/post/dsai-are-we-not-veering-off-course
I had to reproduce the YouTube video here because the pdf link (above) does not 'click'.
My Comments : Ok that was Hussein Hamid's post that went up today. Hussein Hamid is worried about teaming up with the crooks and the perasuah fellows and "veering off course".
Please note the very last line by Hussein Hamid :
"And....and....maybe....there might even be a place in the government for PAS!"
I will comment on this more at the very end here.
2. Just for kicks here is that parody on that Hoi Ya Hoi song by that rapper (sorry adik your name is not on the video and I am generasi tahun 60an).
3. Now here are some other quite unbelievable headlines also from today:
My Comments to Tok Mat of UMNO (Mohamad Hassan) :
Bye Bye Tok Mat, Bye Bye.
Dont cry Tok Mat dont cry.
Gonna walk out the door . .
(Just for Tok Mat the YouTube song video "Save Your Kisses For Me" is at the very bottom).
4. Now here is even more shocking news (or was it predictable) :
Umno will not hold an internal election at its annual general assembly in December, its supreme council member Mohd Razlan Muhammad Rafii confirmed.
Instead, he said the party polls would be held within six months after the conclusion of the general election, as stipulated in Umno’s constitution amendment.
With the approval of the amendment, Umno will be allowed to postpone its party polls for up to six months after a general election, or up to 18 months from the end of its leadership's term, WHICHEVER COMES LATER
My Comments : Postpone up to 18 months ?? Do you all recall that laughing lion video? I will not play that laughing lion video yet again - nanti too boring. But here is a screenshot, just so that you get the idea.
What it means is that Tok Mat can kiss goodbye the idea of ever becoming UMNO president.
5. NEUTRALISING THE DAP's 40 SEATS ??
My Comments : Hussein Hamid's very last line above said :
"And....and....maybe....there might even be a place in the government for PAS!"
Well Hussein Hamid is certainly referring to the invitation extended to PAS to join the new government.
"KUALA LUMPUR: Pas said it will deliberate on the offer extended to Perikatan Nasional (PN) to join the newly formed unity government.
The party's secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said it would need to discuss the matter with PN component parties before reaching a decision."
My Comments: Ok folks I will neither replay that laughing lion video or reproduce that laughing lion screenshot (above) again. But you get the idea.
What is happening is the DAP's 40 seats are being neutralised. Correction : Have been neutralised. Before the elections, DAP was quite gung ho about being the biggest kid on the block because it was a foregone conclusion that they would win big or keep their 42 Parliamentary seats tally. They won 40 seats - less by just two. Still the DAP is the largest party in the PH coalition now. By right the DAP should get whatever Cabinet Ministry they point at : Finance, Trade, Transport, Defence, Education etc. But that was before BN joined up. That was before GPS and GRS joined up. Now the DAP is "below par". The DAP is no more 'primus inter pares' - first among equals.
The DAP has gone from 'senior' partner to 'junior' partner.
And now this "invitation" to PAS (WHICH DOES HAVE 49 SEATS FOLKS) to join the government means that the DAP's 40 seats can be neutralised completely.
I know it is just an invitation but it is also a veiled threat to the DAP - you can be neutralised. Especially if you ask for too much.
Here is the final song for today. This is for Tok Mat. Maybe for the DAP too.
Folks I just couldnt help it. Here it is again:
