My Order Was Cancelled And I M Waiting For A Refund Foodpanda
You know how it feels when you're hungry and needed something to eat but at the very last moment your order were cancelled. What makes it worst is that I was reminded that the food had been set out for delivery but it end up being cancelled when the apps says otherwise. My oh my. My poor poor stomach. You have been betrayed once again.
So here's the catch. I was caught up in a lot of work and couldn't go out to get my self some food for lunch. In order to make it easier I decided to use Foodpanda. It used to be my life saver since I wasn't able to get myself out to buy foods sometimes ago. It started well and my payment was a success. It was okay until the very last steps. The Number 4 steps where "order arriving soon" was stuck for a moment. I was told that "Your order has been picked up for delivery" but it end up not being delivered for almost half and hour while the tracker shows that the only time left was 1 minute. I did notice that in the map, I couldn't track where the riders are.
After a few minutes of wondering, an email came in saying that my order was cancelled. And another email come right up asking for details for them to refund me back my money. Fyi, I would sometimes pay online when I feel like it. But once in a while I would also pay 'em by cash depending on the situation. I am well aware of that. I really need a good explanation on this.
Anyways, good job Foodpanda for the quick settlement (I'm still waiting to be refund) and still waiting for the details of it. Let see how long will it take for them to refund back my money. It took me less than 5 minutes to pay them, so I'm hoping for a good feedback from them.
