Man Denies Viral Posts Linking Him To Anwar
(FMT) – A cosmetic businessman has threatened legal action over suggestions that he is intimately linked to Anwar Ibrahim.
This comes after pictures of Adrielle Iman attending the PKR leader’s campaign speeches during the Port Dickson by-election, as well as a video clip showing him in a compromising situation, made rounds on the social media.
“I have dignity. My family has dignity,” he wrote on his Instagram account.
“Many times people had spread fake rumours about me, but this time it is going over the limit. I will not remain silent anymore,” said Adrielle, who introduced himself as the chief executive of AV Perfume and brand ambassador for Quantum Metal.
He said his presence at Anwar’s functions in Port Dickson was in his capacity as brand ambassador to Quantum Metal, which he said had sponsored the events.

Adrielle said he had enough of “dirty political games”.
“I am just an ordinary citizen and a supporter. That video showing me naked, DSAI (Anwar) was nowhere in it,” he said.
On Oct 13, Anwar won the Port Dickson by-election with a 23,560-vote majority, returning to Parliament just five months after he was released from jail.
Anwar was sentenced to five years’ jail over a charge of sodomising his former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan.
Saiful was also among the candidates who stood against him in Port Dickson.
