We wish to address recent concerns regarding the timely settlement of termination
 requests. A surge in the price of gold in late November and December of 2023 has 
prompted gold holders globally to engage in high volume selling of gold to take 
advantage of these favourable market conditions. Due to the sudden overwhelming demand for gold settlements, the QM team is 
currently liquidating gold holdings in order to meet such demand, which has 
encountered 3rd party delays due to the sheer volume of such liquidations. 


The QM settlements is currently inundated with a high number of requests 
and is processing these requests as swiftly as possible. At the release of this 
announcement, QM has settled USD 70 million out of the USD 100 million 
total settlement requests, and endeavours to settle these outstanding requests by 
March 2024. In the interim, Quantum Metal will continue to make staggered 
payments until settlement of all requests are fulfilled. Quantum Metal Group maintains its commitment as a leading gold distributor in the industry and we continue to endeavour to be best in industry. We reassure our members that their assets are secure, and the cause of the settlement delay is due to processing constraints. We humbly request your continued patience throughout the course of our prolonged processing timeframes.
