Ibrahim Ali Should Be Reprimanded For His Uncalled For Remarks

Ibrahim Ali should always remember that we Malays are humble and peace loving people and do not disgrace another fellow human being, which is un-Malay and un-Islamic to do.

In a crowd of 200 Malay people, Ibrahim Ali had made this uncalled for remark that Minister Waythamoorthy  should have been a "Menteri Celaka"(cursed Minister) instead of being a Unity Minister over his handing of the Seafield Temple saga and ICERD issue.

Furthermore, Ibrahim Ali claims that Malaysian Indians who only comprise about 7% of the population have been given a lot of Ministers in Pakatan Harapan cabinet. Ibrahim Ali should be reminded that it is PM Mahathir's preprogative to appoint anyone as a cabinet Minister.

All Malaysians are equal as per the Constitution. The Malays, since they were the backward class were given special treatment under Section 153 and until today citizens have never question this special treatment offered. It was noted that the Malays feel that the nation owes them a living concept should never prevail and Malays need to strife to better themselves and compete in this New Malaysia, which is going through a rough period due to corruption and mis-management by the previous UMNO/BN regime.




Ibrahim Ali should be reprimanded for his words and action by the relevant authorities immediately.

Yesterday, the Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin had clearly spell out that Perkasa should never go overboard and it seems Perkasa does not respect the warning issued.

What is important now is for all Malaysians is to work together to overcome our economic woe while living in peace and harmony among the various races in Malaysia. - Mohd Kamal Abdullah
