How To Be Unaffected
Unaffected, or feeling or showing no effects or changes is kind of survivor skill for us now as the world is full of toxic and bawang. Ya Allah, I hope I ain't the toxic person in others life and people never ask for strength just because of my toxicity. I really meant it
Even so, life itself is a test for us. A TEST! And I think, being unaffected is one of the best methods especially in handling the harsh test.
People got their own struggle. I really don't get it why some people can be so cruel. Don't they ever hear of kaffarah? What you give, you'll get it back, right? No matter it is bad, or good, or small, or huge.
So how to handle toxic people by being unaffected
// STOP LISTENING TO THEMStop listening to them. Don't read anything posted or comment by them. Block them from all your social media. Avoid them at all cost
// LET GO OF THE DESIRE TO CHANGE OTHERS' PERSPECTIVEHow people think of you are a reflection of their character. Good people only search for good things, so do bad people. The only attracted to the bad thing. Let them be.
// ONLY YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONDon't let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace. You are the master of your own emotion. I've read that we always have the option to choose the mindset that we want to have. No matter what other people say or do or even how they try to make us feel, we have the power to choose the way we look at situations and, importantly, how we react to them
Don't let bad people bully you mentally. Don't let them bother you. Don't let the affect you. Be UNAFFECTED. Be HAPPY.
