Haniyeh Killing A Pawn In Iran Politics
close aide to Pezeshkian said the security lapse that resulted in Ismail Haniyeh's killing in Iran "may have been an intentional bid by the IRGC to harm the new president’s reputation. “No unharmed brain can accept that this happened by accident, especially on Pezeshkian’s first day in office,” he said. “it’s all because of the IRGC.”Ok folks here are two news articles (written by Iranian journalists) which gives more insight into Iran. Plenty of what they say tallies with what I have been saying. The Haniyeh killing was an inside job. And it goes much higher up.
I have truncated the articles with my comments in blue. This is a must read.
Article No. 1
Iran president, Masoud Pezeshkian, has pleaded with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to refrain from attacking Israel, warning of its devastating impact on his presidency
OSTB : It becomes clearer now. From Day 1 the new president is at loggerheads with the ayatollah. This also explains why Iran made that ridiculous request for that emergency 'Oh I See' meeting. It is a face saving device to cover up this rift between the new Iranian president and the ayatollah. (Tak payah pergi lah. Jimat tambang kapal terbang).
attack Israel - apparently not shared by all high-ranking officials in Tehranvoices expressing concern about the potential repercussions.Pezeshkian urged ayatollah Khamenei to prevent any direct Iranian attack on Israel to avoid escalating tensions into an unwanted war conflict could severely disrupt his presidency and lead to significant problems.Pezeshkian cautioned Israel could launch harsh retaliatory attack against Iran's national infrastructure and energy resources could cripple the Iranian economy and potentially lead to the country's collapse.Despite warnings, Khamenei neither supporting nor opposing Pezeshkian’s concerns.OSTB : Since the first day on the job the new president has told off the ayatollah fellow. This is not a good start for the new president.
Pezeshkian warned about senior military commanders who could drag the country into warrelentless pressure from IRGC who demand military response against Israelregardless of significant social and economic costs involvedpresident asserted war with Israel would make bridging deep divide between ayatollahs and Iranian citizens impossibleIRGC Chief-Commander Hossein Salami said Israel will learn a lesson
close aide to Pezeshkian said the security lapse that resulted in Ismail Haniyeh's killing in Iran "may have been an intentional bid by the IRGC to harm the new president’s reputation. “No unharmed brain can accept that this happened by accident, especially on Pezeshkian’s first day in office,” he said. “He may have to go to war with Israel in his first few days in office and it’s all because of the IRGC.”Shoigu was visiting Tehran to convey Vladimir Putin’s message of de-escalation to Iranian authorities.
low voter turnout in the recent presidential election indicator of deep-seated distrust
Article No. 2
Iran's ultra-hardliners want missile attack on Israel“The aggressor should be punished, …, Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) demandedAyatollah Ali Saeedi, stated war against Israel not "expedient" Saeedi’s remarks indicate hesitations io start war. Some conservative politicians and media also appear to disdain war infiltrators in Iran's intelligence agencies, blamed for Haniyeh's deathIranian people should not be made to pay the price for the shortcomings of the IRGC which led to Haniyeh’s assassination in Tehran.OSTB : So the new Iranian president Massoud Pezeshkian is hinting very loudly that the IRGC's negligence has led to Haniyeh's assassination.
News reports already say that CCTV footage shows two IRGC personnel moving suspiciously around the apartment complex on the day before Haniyeh was killed. The two have not been found and are believed to have left Iran the same day.
That is not negligence but a deliberate conspiracy.
Just like in the murder of the Mongolian woman, the policemen who were involved did not act on their own. They were acting on orders.
Similarly the IRGC fellows were not acting on their own. They were acting on orders. The IRGC reports directly to the ayatollah.
Which is why the ayatollahs will be even more desperate to go to war with Israel, to divert any suspicions from themselves. They will also 'get rid' of all the IRGC personnel who were involved - again to divert blame from themselves.Exactly like what happened to the two policemen who were involved in killing the Mongolian woman. They were caught and sentenced to death.
All incriminating evidence must be erased.
Even if 10% of what is suggested here is true, this expose by the new Iranian president will snowball inside Iran. It will pick up momentum. The Iranian people may go down on the streets. This time the army may take the side of the Iranian people.
