By taking the SD overly serious, it will open up a Pandora box of all cases that has reached its finality can be reviewed by merely having any desperate prison inmate make an SD.

When the #KerajaanSepenggal ends their term, heard its not too far in the distance, all cases PH buried can be reviewed and reinvestigated.

No wonder Lim Guan Eng is quite. Azmin, Latheefa Koya, Sivarasa, and few have buried a financial scam in Selangor. Comes the time, it can be revisited.

Investigate Gani Patail? 


Inspector General of Police, Tan Sri Hamid Bador has informed the media that several witnesses will be interviewed by police. Malaysiakini reported ten and Najib is one of them.

By having said so, he will have to investigate among others, former AG, Tan Sri Gani Patail, former DIG, Tan Sri Noor Rashid, UTK personnal, and many more.

Gani Patail have long been questioned for not putting Musa Safri, the man Najib assigned to assist Abdul Razak Baginda and may have introduce Azilah to helped Razak.

However, Razak was charged for abetting but acquited by the courts. Is Azilah's claim sufficient?

Gani briefed Pak Lah then that Najib was not involved and he requested Gani do the needful.

The IGP then was Tan Sri Musa Hassan and he had repeatedly denied Najib involvement. Siasat Musa? 

Police investigate police? 


Noor Rashid did an investigation early in the year when Ram Karpal started making statement to call for re-investigation. He announced a complete reinvestigation is done and exonerated Najib. Kasi siasat juga ...?! 

For that matter, the former heads and investigators in CID involved with the case in the past 13 years till the re-investigation in early 2019 need to be re-investigated. It means the current DIG, Dato Mazlan need to interviewed too.

For that matter, the whole police force need to be re-investigated with UTK in particular. The Head of UTK operation need to re-investigated. Police need to verify such words as taking care, 'save', 'exhibition', and 'deposit' (close but withheld exact UTK code)

If Altantuya is a foreign agent, why must the order to exterminate must come from Najib? He was Minister of Defense, thus why assign to police? Is that not law to allow and cover for such hospitality of foreign agents? Doesn't make sense, right?

Having recently did a U-turn due to pressure and resistance from within the police rank, Hamid's statement made him as fallen to DAP agenda to expedite the implementation of IPCMC. It is due to be voted for second and third seating in the next March Parliament seating.

He is late and slow on the investigation on Azmin's semburit video but fast on the glaring and obviously politically motivated SDs of Yusof Rawther and Azilah Hadri.

And, where are these witness coming from? Who are they? Why no mentioned earlier in the Altantuya criminal trial?

It seems police have already recorded Azilah's statement recorded. Is that why they can tell, which are the witness to call on to get statement for the investigation?

Police could only start investigation and interview upon issuance of Instruction to Investigate (ITI) from AG.

The former DPP went further as to ask did they prepared witnesses? Are there prepared investigation points?

All points to conspiracy. And Hamid has put the police in harms way.

Jho Low did not turn into a bear


The comforting part in Hamid's PC today is he explained the foreign counterpart is not cooperating to enable Jho Low to be brought back to Malaysia, in which he boastfully claim it will be by year end.

Now that he has touched the subject and confirmed Jho Low did not transformed himself into a bear, or worm or seladang, the public will insist on more details. Which country it is?
