Ge15 Road To Perdition For Sheraton Traitors
I made known my top priority for the coming 15th general election (GE15) months ago and that is – all the key Sheraton traitors must be voted out.
Top on my list is Muhyiddin Yassin along with his Bersatu turncoats and Azmin Ali with his ex-PKR 10. Today, allow me to make an earnest appeal to voters – make sure all of you teach these parasites and leeches a lesson they will never forget. Throw them into the dumpster where they belong!
I repeat - get rid of all the Pakatan Harapan traitors who caused the downfall of the duly elected Harapan government. It’s time for them to pay for their betrayal and treachery. I have not forgiven nor forgotten all the Sheraton treacherous players.
This is not about revenge. This is about retrieving the GE14 mandate of the majority of Malaysians. We want it back. The government we elected into office in 2018 was hijacked right before us 22 months later, and we could do nothing about it.
GE15 is the time to do something. It is the most opportune time for Malaysians to vote out the Harapan turncoats, frogs and traitors.
Let GE15 be the road to perdition for the Sheraton traitors – let none of them survive the wrath of the electorate. It’s time for the people to turn the tables on them.
In the run-up to GE15, I am pleased to hear some political leaders who also spoke up against the key players of the Sheraton putsch.
On Sept 23, Harapan chief Anwar Ibrahim announced that PKR will be fielding big guns against ”pengkhianat” (traitors) and that his party plans to exact some revenge on them.
He specifically mentioned Gombak, the constituency of Azmin, and Ampang whose incumbent is Zuraida Kamaruddin, one of Azmin’s group of 10. However, Zuraida is now leading a new party, Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PSM), after falling out with Azmin.
PKR president Anwar IbrahimAnwar also said that he was considering contesting in Gombak but it is now reliably learnt that Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari would be fielded instead. Analysts predict a close fight between the menteri besar and the former cabinet minister.
Choppy waters for Azmin
Many believe that Azmin, easily the most vilified politician in the country today, does not have it easy since he turned traitor and became a prime figure in the Sheraton coup.
By now, Azmin should have learnt his lesson – karma will return to haunt you for your evil deed against others and causing them untold misery and suffering.
Although made a senior minister, Azmin was never appointed deputy prime minister because he was deemed an “unsuitable candidate” for the post.
It is also believed that Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob was reluctant to appoint Azmin as his deputy because his Umno bosses were against it. The PM did not budge even when pushed into a corner by Muhyiddin who demanded that Azmin be appointed deputy premier. Good job, Ismail Sabri.
Former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad had once claimed that Azmin was also keen to be prime minister but doubted that he (Azmin) would ever get the coveted post because of his own undoing which caused people to be wary of his brand of politics.
Bersatu’s Azmin AliIt must also be noted that Azmin has unashamedly moved into the deputy prime minister’s residence even though he was never officially appointed DPM, not by Muyhiddin nor by Ismail Sabri.
This high-handed move by Azmin has set tongues a-wagging in the corridor of power which put the ambitious politician in a bad light among some of his cabinet colleagues. Talking of jumping the gun in order to fulfil one’s ambition – such is Azmin’s folly.
Azmin managed to persuade only 10 PKR parliamentarians to join him in the Sheraton Move. All of them, Azmin included, were parked in Bersatu.
The first one to go was incumbent Selangau MP Baru Bian who made a U-turn a day or two after the drama at the Sheraton Hotel.
Then, we saw incumbent Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin who resigned from Bersatu to join PBB in Sarawak. The latest was Zuraida who left to lead PBM.
PBM’s Zuraida Kamaruddin with ex-PKR deputy president Azmin AliKnown as the confidante and right-hand ally of Azmin, Zuraida’s departure was a total surprise to many. As to her reasons for quitting Bersatu and severing ties with Azmin, Zuraida was said to have confided to friends that she was finding it increasingly difficult to tolerate the overly ambitious Azmin’s callous actions of securing power and position.
Lately, we heard that incumbent Segamat MP Edmund Santhara Kumar has also left Bersatu and Azmin to join Zuraida in PBM. Then, incumbent Saratok MP Ali Biju also applied to join Sarawak’s PDP but his application was rejected.
Well, Azmin has only five MPs of his ex-PKR 10 left to date. They are Saifuddin Abdullah (Indera Mahkota), Kamaruddin Jaffar (Bandar Tun Razak), Mansor Othman (Nibong Tebal), Rashid Hasnon (Batu Pahat) and Jonathan Yasin (Ranau).
After GE15, we can only guess how many will remain loyal to Azmin. If he loses his Gombak seat, he can kiss all his political ambitions goodbye.
Bersatu wipeout?
Another music to my ears came from Mahathir who stated on Oct 4 that “Bersatu will pay for 'betraying' Harapan by losing in GE15”.
According to Mahathir, it would be a fitting comeuppance for a party that "backstabbed" a friend, to come to power through the "backdoor".
"Bersatu has no power now. The party will also lose in GE15 because it does not have the support of Umno and PAS," said the incumbent Langkawi MP in a statement.
Meanwhile, a political analyst stated that Bersatu now possibly faces the bleak prospect of a wipeout in the looming GE15.
A combination of a number of factors – including public acrimony towards party hoppers, its role in the collapse of the Harapan government, and its own waning influence – could potentially lead to Bersatu’s downfall, the analyst who declined to be named, added.
I hope that his words ring true. Let GE15 be the road to perdition for all the Sheraton traitors. We have to bring them to book via the ballot box. Let no one betray the people’s mandate ever again. - Mkini
