Sweet and Savory Takeaways 
Choose from six selections of traditional biscuits and cakes such as a Homemade German Dresden Stollen, Panettone, Fruit Cake, Assorted Christmas Cookies, Holiday Cakesicles and Yule Log cake to brighten up the festivity with prices starting from RM30nett. To make the season merrier, enjoy Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu Special Roasts of Baked Turkey Loaf at RM280nett each, Baked Traditional Whole Leg of Lamb at RM390nett each, Orange Berries Roasted Whole Chicken at RM180nett each and Garlic and Herbs Crusted Roasted Beef Ribeye at RM390nett each. All special roasts serves up to five persons and comes with a myriad of condiments and sauces that complements each selection’s flavor. A 48-hour advanced order are required for all takeaways while the Festive Goodies need at least 1-day advanced order. All are available until 31 December 2024.





FESTIVE INDULGENCES AT LATEST RECIPE
Celebrate the occasion with an elaborate buffet of festive delights at Latest Recipe with its signature dishes for dinner. Early bird vouchers are available at RM148nett per person for Christmas eve and day, and RM158nett per person for New Year’s eve. Vouchers are limited and on a first come first serve basis.Club Marriott members will enjoy the early bird prices on all occasions.





Christmas Eve and Day & New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet
Features an array of festive favorites such as roasted prime beef ribs with Cajun and paprika spices, roasted 25-spices marinated whole lamb and baked whole chicken peri-peri with a myriad of accompaniments of condiments and sauces. Other specialties include live seafood thermidor featuring lobsters, scallops, cream herbs seafood, beef tenderloin, salmon steak, local and international salads, assortments of soups and a variety mix of delectable festive desserts.

Amuse-bouche: Sea scallops and clam fish with oregano, tomato and mozzarella cheese for 
Appetizer: Red quinoa with grilled turkey loaf
Soup: Baked organic pumpkin soup with fresh coconut milk foam
Intermezzo: Sour lime sorbet Sorbet
Dessert: Semifreddo coated with hazelnut berries, Dulce de leche, mignardises, coffee and tea 
to end.

New Year’s Eve Set Menu
Main selections of either smoked grilled Wagyu beef with Sarawak peppercorn sauce, oven baked chicken ballotine with morel sauce or blue-eyed codfish and Norwegian salmon marble 
with citrus sabayon.

Appetizer: Crab tartar
Soup: Traditional Italian pasta and bean
Intermezzo: Sour lime sorbet
Dessert: Borneo coconut mango, petit fours, coffee and tea to end.
