Doctor Who Goes Viral For Health Advice During Puasa Is At It Again

IRONICALLY, the fasting period is also punctuated with excessive food, and incidentally, health problems.
Recently, a doctor claimed fame, or rather infamy, for making a remark about celebrity influencer Khairul Aming’s thirst quenching recipes. 
Apparently Khairul Aming suggested several drinks for the fasting month, which were met by the doctor’s reply that plain water was still the best.
Netizens, however, were not amused by her health advice for they came out in droves to flame her online.
Unperturbed, the doctor was at it again, now condemning another video on X where a lady suggested a box of fruits laced with sweet chocolate.

“My dessert are usually fruits only. I am simple and do not need anything fancy,” she said. We are not surprised that the post soon drew negative comments from the online community.
Netizen Nur Ashikin Suharman said she had seen people who took care of their health still getting sick.
“Regardless of how healthy you are, if Allah wants to make you sick, it will happen,” she said.

FF added that it is an advice with an insult. “We never buy such desserts but we don’t downgrade people. The attitude of the people from the government are usually like this. You wear a hijab but your heart is bad,” said FF.

Then there was Nuraisyaharun who said, “What is wrong with this doctor?”

It appears the doctor too has her supporters as seen through Markonahnajis’s reply to Nuraisyaharun.

Rajjj who was another supporter said, “Dr Rafidah, your resilience and commitment to the rakyat are unmatched. Your strength, discipline, and dedication to help us eat healthy set you apart from other influencers. If we want a future free from obesity, we must back you from the haters. The rakyat stands with you!”
Not considering the health advise, we can only wonder who Dr Rafidah would target next. Regardless, we are sure it will be interesting.— Focus Malaysia
