The event highlighted an exciting lineup of Food & Beverage promotions in conjunction with the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year celebrations

This festive season, Concorde Hotel Shah Alam is delighted to share an enchanting lineup of Food & Beverage promotions for the 2025 Christmas and New Year 2026 celebrations. This year's festivities promise unforgettable culinary experiences prepared by Executive Chef Alham Ahmad Daldiri and his culinary team at Melting Pot Cafe.

CHRISTMAS EVE BUFFET DINNERUsher on the eve of Christmas over delicious buffet dinner with your loved ones in Melting Pot Cafe at Level 1. The buffet spread includes Salted Crusted Whole Salmon Fish with Cream Sauce and Yorkshire Pudding, Roasted Whole Lamb with Mint Yoghurt Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce and Baked Pumpkin Cube, Fresh Auckland Oysters, Half Shell Mussels, Poached Yabbies, SMoked Fish with Capsicum, Traditional Pate' and Salmon Gravlax, Chocolate Mountain Choux Puff Tower, Fruit Cake, Ginger Bread House and more options to choose from.
