I promise the Malaysian government that I will plead guilty to sedition and criminal defamation in that I falsely accused Najib and Rosmah of being involved in Altantuya’s murder and that I lied regarding Rosmah being there the night of the murder and that Najib and Rosmah are actually innocent and a victim of lies. Okay, let’s settle this once and for all. I am supposed to be a fugitive from justice who is hiding in the UK under political asylum.
Does the Malaysian government want me back in Malaysia to face criminal charges? How many criminal charges will I have to face and what are those criminal charges?

Amar Singh wants me to return to Malaysia to face charges that I falsely accused Najib and Rosmah of being involved in Altantuya’s murder Since Amar Singh loves talking to the press then tell The Star, Malay Mail Online, Malaysiakini, Free Malaysia Today or whatever, the details of all those criminal charges I will have to face.
I know of eight charges that I will have to face.
One charge is for sedition. I was alleged to have falsely accused Najib Tun Razak and Rosmah Mansor of being involved in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The second, third and fourth charges are for criminal defamation. I was alleged to have falsely accused Rosmah and two army officers (husband and wife) of being at the scene of the crime the night Altantuya was murdered and witnessed Sirul Azhar Umar and Azilah Hadri blowing up Altantuya’s body with C4.
And the balance four charges, of course, are for the crime of skipping bail on four counts.
Hence, I would need to face eight charges that I know of.

The Special Branch said Najib and Rosmah are innocent and that I lied about them being involved in Altantuya’s murder, which is why I was arrested and charged If the IGP, Abdul Hamid Bador, wants to arrest me and bring me back to Malaysia to face these eight charges I will agree. But tell me if there are only these eight charges or are there another 10 or 20 charges they will slap me with?
According to Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia’s Prime Minister-in-waiting, all those various criminal charges against him were fabricated and he is actually innocent and did not commit any crime. This is what Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia’s Prime Minister-in-waiting, said.
Now, if Anwar Ibrahim, who is supposed to be Malaysia’s Prime Minister-in-waiting, can be slapped with fabricated charges, what chance do I have? I am not even a Minister-in-waiting, let alone a Prime Minister-in-waiting.
The IGP, Hamid Bador, said he wants Jho Low to return to Malaysia and the Malaysian police will guarantee his safety. Okay, if Hamid Bador also wants me to return to Malaysia and he will also guarantee my safety, then tell The Star the same thing as what he said about guaranteeing Jho Low’s safety. Tell The Star that Raja Petra Bin Raja Kamarudin will be safe from being slapped with any other charges and that he needs to face only those outstanding eight charges.

The Attorney-General, Gani Patail, said I lied about Najib and Rosmah being involved in Altantuya’s murder and that they are actually innocent and he ordered the police to arrest me Let us be very clear about this. I am being accused of being a fugitive who is hiding in the UK to escape four charges, which are now possibly eight charges with the four skipping bail offences. So let me come back to Malaysia to face these eight charges. But if the government is going to increase those eight charges to 28 charges then this must be stated now because I do not want to suffer the fate of Anwar Ibrahim — where an innocent man who committed no crime was arrested, charged and sentenced to jail for 20 years (and required a Royal Pardon from His Majesty the Agong to walk free).
I promise the Malaysian government that I will plead guilty to sedition and criminal defamation in that I falsely accused Najib and Rosmah of being involved in Altantuya’s murder and that I lied regarding Rosmah being there the night of the murder and that Najib and Rosmah are actually innocent and a victim of lies.
Then I will go to jail to serve my sentence.

The Malaysian police and the Attorney-General’s Chambers both say Najib and Rosmah are not involved in Altantuya’s murder, as I had alleged, and that is why they arrested and charged me
