Algorithm What I Feed What Grows
This is something that’s become a huge part of our everyday lives, whether we realize it or not: what we choose to read (and watch!) online.
You know how they say, "You are what you eat"? Well, I've come to believe the same goes for our digital diet: "You are what you read," Think about it. With so many platforms out there these days, from social media to news sites, we're constantly bombarded with information kadang rasa overwhelmed. But here's the cool part: thanks to those clever algorithms, our online world is becoming more and more tailored to us.
For me, when I scroll through my phone, what usually pops up? It's almost always stuff related to what I've been searching for, websites I often visit, apps I use, and all those YouTube videos I binge-watch. And you know what? I absolutely love it.
This personalization means I get to choose my adventure, so to speak. My feeds are now packed with things that genuinely interest me: entrepreneurship tips (always learning!), cozy home and living ideas, family adventures (oh, the joys of four boys!), and, of course, delicious food and recipes.
My social media FYP are bursting with these happy, inspiring topics. And honestly, it's a breath of fresh air. No endless doom-scrolling through current news or getting caught up in gossip for me! It’s a purposeful choice, and it keeps my mind buzzing with positivity

I like Google Discover
Now, when it comes to finding new to read, my go-to platform on my phone is definitely Google Discover. It’s like a super smart, personalized magazine that magically updates itself. Here’s why I’m such a fan:
It Knows What's Buzzing
Discover is brilliant at showing you what's currently trending or important. So, if something big is happening, it might just pop up in my feed. It’s a quick way to stay lightly in the loop without diving deep into the news rabbit hole.It Knows Where I Am
Sometimes, it even surprises me with local news or events happening nearby, especially if my location settings are on. It's like having a little neighborhood guide right in my pocket. The article can be saved for easy reference.Beyond Google Discover, I also find so much inspiration and great ideas on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8, Substack, Lowyat, Reddit and Pinterest. They're all treasure troves for everything from quick recipe ideas to home décor hacks and business insights
Okay, as we love exploring new stuff kan, which courses have you participated in during the current National Training Week? Sempat lagi ni.
