They can start by announcing that Umno is leaving Perikatan Nasional, today. All the Umno Cabinet Ministers can then submit their resignation letters to the Agong. Then that press conference of 120 MPs who no longer have confidence in Muhyiddin can be held.

Oh Ei Sun of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs said, “The Perikatan Nasional government had clearly lost its parliamentary majority and was hanging on to power only through the emergency.”

We have been hearing talk that Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has lost his majority in Parliament since the middle of last year. According to Anwar Ibrahim, he now possesses the strong, formidable, convincing majority.
If Muhyiddin has really lost his majority in Parliament, and if Anwar really now possesses that majority, why has Anwar not taken over as PM9 yet?
According to the Muhyiddin critics, the Prime Minister no longer has even 100 members of parliament with him. This would mean at least 120 members of parliament are opposed to Muhyiddin.
So what is stopping Anwar from ousting Muhyiddin and from taking over as the new Prime Minister?
All Anwar needs to do is to call for a press conference together with the 119 members of parliament who support him taking over as Prime Minister. Then these 119 members of parliament together with Anwar can declare they no longer support Muhyiddin as Prime Minister.
Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong will not be able to ignore this public declaration that tantamount to a vote of no confidence against Muhyiddin. Since Parliament is not in session, and since a vote of no confidence cannot be passed in Parliament, this would be equivalent to that vote of no confidence.
They keep talking about it. They keep saying Muhyiddin has lost his majority in Parliament. But they are not doing anything about it other than just talk.
They can start by announcing that Umno is leaving Perikatan Nasional, today. All the Umno Cabinet Ministers can then submit their resignation letters to the Agong. Then that press conference of 120 MPs who no longer have confidence in Muhyiddin can be held.
As Nike says, JUST DO IT!
