Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he prefers Anwar Ibrahim to Najib Tun Razak.
Mahathir said the same thing 21 years ago, a day before Anwar was sacked and 19 days later thrown into jail for six years. With Mahathir you never know whether his kiss is a kiss of life or a kiss of death.
The fact that Mahathir is comparing Anwar to Najib is like the United States comparing Saudi Arabia to Iran.
There is no democracy, general elections, elected government, freedom of choice, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of association, human rights, civil liberties, gender equality, etc., in Saudi Arabia and the Sharia laws are ‘barbaric’, ‘brutal’ and ‘inhuman’ (just like in Iran). But Saudi Arabia is better than Iran.
And why does the United States think that Saudi Arabia is better than Iran even though both countries are almost the same? Because Saudi Arabia does what the United States wants while Iran will not. That is the only reason why the United States thinks Saudi Arabia is better than Iran even though both countries are no different.

Mahathir prefers a penyamun to a lanun So, when Mahathir says Anwar is better than Najib, the Anwarinas should not pop champagne just yet because that was no compliment. It is Mahathir’s way of saying a penyamun Mamak is better than a lanun Bugis (what Mahathir refers to Najib as).
The difference between a lanun and a penyamun is like the difference between a prostitute and a whore. Mahathir said Najib is a lanun. Mahathir did not say Anwar is not a penyamun. He just said a penyamun is better than a lanun. But Anwar is still a penyamun nevertheless.
Anwar proudly announced in Rantau that finally corruption has been eliminated in Malaysia. Anwar must be mad or delusional. Just today Lim Guan Eng’s crony, G. Gnanaraja, was arrested and tomorrow is going to be charged for money laundering involving RM19 million.

Zarul paid Guan Eng crony Gnanaraja a RM19 million bribe to close the Penang Undersea Tunnel corruption investigation  This was the RM19 million which Gnanaraja collected from Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd executive director, Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli, to bribe the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to close the Penang Undersea Tunnel corruption case.
Did Gnanaraja pocket the money or did he actually pay the MACC a bribe to close the file on the Penang Undersea Tunnel corruption case? Well, that is a very easy question to answer. Were Zarul, Lim Guan Eng and all those other DAP leaders arrested and charged for corruption involving the Penang Undersea Tunnel corruption case? If the answer is ‘no’, then that is your answer as to whether the bribe was paid or not.
The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) has been accused of kidnapping people and making them disappear. The MACC has been accused of collecting bribes to makes corruption cases disappear. So, what the hell is Anwar talking about?

Gnanaraja sudah kena, when will it be Guan Eng’s turn? It was Anwar who revealed that Mahathir was involved in covering up the RM31.5 billion Bank Negara forex losses. It was Tun Daim Zainuddin crony-proxy, Tajudin Ramli, who revealed that the MAS RM9 billion disaster was because they tried to cover up the RM31.5 billion Bank Negara fiasco.
So, we are talking about a total or RM40.5 billion back in 1990-1992 or RM80 billion today.
Yes, RM80 billion. That was what Mahathir cost the country in 1990-1992 on just the Bank Negara and MAS disasters alone. And added to the many more, which Anwar also revealed, we are looking at a total of RM200 billion (that was what Anwar revealed).

Anwar revealed that Mahathir and Daim were behind the RM31.5 billion Bank Negara forex losses Can Anwar explain how the RM42 million SRC International case is far bigger than RM200 billion? Yes, that is all Najib is facing trial for ‘stealing’, RM42 million. Not RM2.6 billion. Not RM42 billion. RM42 million.
So, Mahathir said Anwar is better than Najib. Yes, because Anwar listens to Mahathir while Najib does not. Anwar even supports Mahathir’s decision to back out from the Rome Statute. Why does Anwar support Mahathir’s decision to back out from the Rome Statute other than merely to bodek Mahathir? Can Anwar explain?

Anwar and Mahathir even touch fingers nowadays But 13 months is a long time in politics. Even 13 days is a long time in politics. Between now and May 2020 many things can happen. Over three weeks in September 1998, Anwar’s fate changed from being the Prime Minister-in-waiting to a convicted sodomite. Yes, in just 21 days. So, what do you think can happen over 13 months?
Let’s wait and see. Mahathir’s kiss is the kiss of a Mafia Don, the kiss of death. And Mahathir has just kissed Anwar and proclaimed him better than Najib. That is the kiss before you put a bullet in the chap’s head. And Mahathir is an expert at this.
