Adib Inquest Bomba Did Not Want Autopsy Why Not Kaberup

Lew said Adib’s uniform had been washed 
it was not consistent with his injuriescould not find any marks or bloodstain on Adib’s shirt, undershirt despite bruises and scratches sustained on his upper body
(OSTB : Another attempted kaberup? Why wash the shirt and undershirt only but his trousers were not washed? And who ordered the shirt to be washed? Tampering with evidence?)

It was so clean compared to his trousers
which was bloodstained, cut - comparable with injuries to lower body,” he said.
My comments :  

The first thing to note is that this particular testimony above at the Inquest into Fireman Adib Mohd Kassim's death was given by an ACP - Assistant Commissioner of Police Lew Keng Joe. 

An ACP is a ranking Police officer. 
I am positive ACP Lew was not bullshitting at the Inquest.

ACP Lew says some Bomba officers told him there was no need to conduct a 'Police postmortem'. 

WHY DID THE BOMBA OFFICERS EVEN SAY SUCH A THING?

Everyone knows that whenever anyone dies an unnatural death, especially any type of violent death, or death caused by trauma (like Adib's case) then the Police MUST conduct an autopsy by a qualified pathologist.  Not only Malaysia but most civilised countries have this rule. 

I believe when any person below the age of 45 dies (whether of natural or other causes) an autopsy may also be conducted by the Police. There is a provision for that under the law. 

The Bomba fellows should know all these rules quite well. 

SO WHY DID THE BOMBA OFFICERS SAY THAT THERE WAS NO NEED FOR A POLICE POSTMORTEM? 

Were they trying to hide something?

The  IJN cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Ezani  was not a forensic pathologist.

Breathing stopped, multiple organ failure indicates the immediate cause of death which was possibly written on the Death Certificate.

A Death Certificate is not an autopsy report.

The Death Certificate will not say what caused the breathing failure, what caused the multiple organ failure, what caused the injuries,  what caused an almost straight line fracture on his rib cage etc. 

That is the job of the autopsy conducted by a forensic pathologist.

The testimony by the ACP Lew Keng Joe supports the earlier testimony by the pathologist Dr Ahmad Hafizam Hasmi from the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (who conducted the post-mortem exam), that  the cause of the injuries inflicted upon Mohd Adib and his subsequent cause of death TOTALLY CONTRADICT WHAT THE BOMBA HAS BEEN SAYING ALL THIS WHILE.

The pathologist has said clearly that Adib was not beaten up by anyone.
He has also said point blank that Adib's mortal injuries were caused the Bomba's EMRS vehicle knocking him down.

There was also a hysterical FB post by an IJN nurse accusing the pathologist Dr Ahmad Hafizam Hasmi of lying about the autopsy's findings.

However when the IJN nurse was called to the Inquest she apologised for her outburst and retracted her false accusations.  It turned out that the IJN nurse was the one telling lies.




"Wrongful claims" !!  
Sounds so innocent.  
Banyak cantik.

Kalau orang lain buat macam mana?

The Temple fellows were telling the truth when they said Adib was hit by the Bomba vehicle.  What did the Bomba do? They went and made a Police report against the temple fellows.

Takpelah. 
Janganlah marah sangat. 
It was just a "wrongful claim" by the Bomba.


Conclusion : 

Marilah kita berdoa bersama-sama dan secara beramai.
Marilah kita berdoa bersama-sama semoga kita ini Islam.
Dan sesudah itu semoga kita menjadi orang yang beriman.
Sebab perjalanannya sangat jauh. 
Dan rupanya tiada petunjuk yang boleh diikuti.
Yang boleh membawa kita ke Islam.
